NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THIS GIVEAWAY IS OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF AUTAUGA, ELMORE, AND MONTGOMERY COUNTIES, ALABAMA WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE AND LEGAL HOMEOWNERS.

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Bronco Investments, LLC, doing business as Bronco Home Services, principal address 711 Taylor Street, Prattville, AL 36067. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

  1. Open only to permanent, legal homeowners residing in Autauga, Elmore, or Montgomery Counties, Alabama, aged 21 or older at the date of entry.

  2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Bronco Investments, LLC or Bronco Home Services are not eligible.

  3. Void outside the specified counties and where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

  1. The Entry Period begins at 12:01 AM Central Time on October 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on January 2, 2026. The winner will be selected on January 3, 2026, and announced on Bronco Home Services’ Facebook and Instagram pages

5. Prize

  1. To enter: (1) Follow Bronco Home Services on Facebook or Instagram. Entrants must be following Bronco Home Services on Facebook or Instagram at the time of entry, and at the time a winner is selected. Unfollowing on either platform may result in disqualification from the contest. Entrants must Complete the official entry form at broncohomeservices.com/Giveaway-form during the Entry Period.
  2. Limit one (1) entry per household. Duplicate entries will be void.
  1. One (1) winner will receive up to $5,000 (combined value) in labor and materials for a remodel performed by Bronco Investments, LLC dba Bronco Home Services on the winner’s qualifying property.

  2. Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash or additional value.

  3. The remodel’s scope, schedule, and materials are determined solely by Bronco Investments, LLC dba Bronco Home Services, subject to safety, code, and availability. Any costs above $5,000 are the winner’s sole responsibility.

6. Selection & Notification

  1. Winner will be chosen by random drawing on or about January 3, 2026.

  2. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone; if unresponsive within five (5) business days, the prize is forfeited and a new winner may be selected.

7. Publicity & Media Release

  1. By entering, each entrant consents to Bronco Investments, LLC dba Bronco Home Services’ use of their name, likeness, biographical info, and photographs/video of their property and remodel for marketing purposes without additional compensation.

  2. Consent is perpetual and irrevocable.

8. General Conditions & Liability Release

  1. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bronco Investments, LLC (including its dba Bronco Home Services), its officers, owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the contest or prize use.

  2. No claims or legal actions may be brought against the owners, officers, or agents of Bronco Investments, LLC or Bronco Home Services personally, but only against Bronco Investments, LLC (the operating entity as permitted by law). Any relief is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering.

  3. Bronco Investments, LLC dba Bronco Home Services reserves the right to
    disqualify entries or amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway for any
    reason.

  4. Disputes are subject exclusively to the state or federal courts in Montgomery County, Alabama, under Alabama law.

  1. For the winner’s name (available after January 10, 2026), send a written request to Bronco Investments, LLC dba Bronco Home Services at 711 Taylor Street, Prattville, AL 36067.
